CHRIST CATHOLIC REFLECTIONS

ACT OF CONTRITION: O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended
Thee, and I detest all my sins because of Thy just punishments, but
most of all because they offend Thee, my God, Who art all-good and
deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of Thy
grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasions of sin.

These words indicate to us the need to reconcile ourselves to
the mercy of God. It is not our task to conform Scripture to
suit ourselves; but rather it is our task as Christians to conform
ourselves to be the people God requires us to be.

We are products of our world, and through this awareness must
make ourselves products of the Heavenly Kingdom in order to be members
of the Family of God.

The fullness of God's graces are only found within the context of the
Catholic faith. It is through our acceptance of Christ in the heart, and
in the Sacraments of Mother Church, that we come to our daily efforts
at eternal SALVATION.

With the help of Blessed Mary, Ever-Virgin, who acts as intercessor in
Her prayers for us, we may become good citizens of God's Heavenly Kingdom.

Hail mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the
fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now,
and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Colloquium: Catholic Unity Today!
Colloquium of Catholic Christians in the U.S.A.

The faith of Christ Catholic Church International is deeply seated in the historic Traditions, Creeds and Sacraments of the Church. We believe that the fullness of God's promise of Salvation is only to be found within the Catholic faith. Christ Catholic Church International also believes that the Church must nourish and sustain the faith by its devoted defense of that Creedal faith. The Church believes that when the Apostolic Catholic faith is altered or compromised a state of heresy has begun. We affirm that the Orthodox Catholic faith is that faith which began in the Risen Christ. Christ Catholic Church doctrines are rock solid in the "faith of our fathers" and the Holy Scriptures as contained in the Catholic Scriptures. We do not accept that the Holy Spirit is changing,or re-vamping, Scriptures or Traditions to suit the spirit of the age.Such a belief, held by many revisionist "Christians" are, simply put, heresy and blasphemy. Christ Catholic Church International believes that we must rejoice in the knowledge that our Lord reigns from the right hand of the Father and that He will come again in glory to serve as the just judge of all. We rejoice that we are truly members of the Communion of the Saints, that we can be forgiven, and that one day the dead in Christ Jesus will rise and have eternal life in Christ. We acknowledge and celebrate the special Divine role of the Blessed Mother of God made present by her intercessory role in Holy Mother Church. We believe that God has endowned Mary, Ever-Virgin, with special graces due to her unique role as the Mother of God and the Queen of Heaven. Christ Catholic Church firmly believes that the Seven Sacraments were instituted by our Lord. We believe that the Sacraments are part of God's plan for Salvation. To not accept the Sacramental life of the Church as a part of the road to Salvation is heresy. The Church recognizes that the Sacraments are equal in importance, but a very special devotion to Baptism and the Holy Eucharist is embraced by all. The Church acknowledges one Baptism for the remission of sins. The Holy Eucharist is based on the absolute faith that when Christ said "This Is My Body" and "This Is My Blood", He told us that He would be physically with us and physically present in the Sacrifice of the Mass. By no means do we regard the Eucharist as a "memorial service".The Church firmly believes that Christ is actually present in the consecrated elements. Christ Catholic Church International is a vibrant and quickly growing Old Catholic denomination that offers the fullness of the Catholic faith and the richness of Christian Salvation.
